GRAPHITE GREASE is a dark grey / black colour grease, smooth textures homogeneous mixtures of premium quality base oils, calcium-base soap in incorporating finely dispersed lubricating graphite. This product have a strong affinity to metal surfaces and high resistance to water washout. The graphite acts as a solid lubricant, reduces friction, prevents scuffing and seizures even when grease is displaced.
GRAPHITE GREASE can be used in open gears, pantographs, pump glands, link pins, bushes and linkages, or where plain bearing are badly worn. In addition these greases can also be used in rail and flange lubricating equipment.
This grease is specially developed for the lubrication of pantograph copper strips and contact wires as well as for steam locomotives pins, bogie centres and wire ropes.
