TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Railroad Diesel Engine Oil 20W40 is designed specially for use in highly rated railroad engines subjected to the most severe operating conditions, especially where fuel sulphur is high (approximately 1%) and where long oil drain intervals are required.

Applications are primarily for railroad locomotives; however, Railroad Diesel Engine Oil 20W40 may also be suitable for certain engines in power.

• Good anti-wear properties – Maintains a protective film between pistons and their rings and cylinder walls, even under high operating temperatures and pressures.

Railroad Diesel Engine Oil 20W40 is unlikely to present any significant health or safety hazard when properly used in the recommended application, and good standards of industrial and personal hygiene are maintained.

Avoid contact with skin. Use impervious gloves with used oil. After skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water.
