Soluble Cutting Oil is a universal purpose water soluble cutting oil for all metalwork.

CHARACTERISTICS

This product shows good stability in water from most municipal suppliers.
It forms a stable white emulsion with excellent anti corrosion properties, when added in water.
It contains bactericides; therefore, additional care should be taken to ensure good housekeeping and emulsion maintenance practices, in order to prolong the life of the coolant.

NOTE: Soluble Cutting Oil must be added to the water whilst stirring. When topping up do not add the concentrate to the emulsion!! Only add to a pre-mixture of 1- 2% emulsion.
